Lloyd Orr, Founder and President of Rip N’ Tear Vinyl has been in the vinyl repair service business since 1984.  He has owned and operated a successful vinyl repair company in Winnipeg, Manitoba (Instant Vinyl) and today Lloyd and his son Clint, provide service to a large customer base in B.C.
